“Inconvenient Truth” Movie: Fact or Fiction?

National Geographic wrote a nice piece a while back examining several global warming aspects of Gore’s movie ‘An Inconvenient Truth’, in an attempt to determine whether the scientific claims made in the movie are accurate, or -basically- hot air.

The consensus?

The movie was accurate - actually pretty darn accurate. They did take a few liberties in explaining a few points, though..

See what you think..

Do you think Global Warming is real?

Global warming IS real. Thank you, Vice President Al Gore. for keeping this issue before the public.

Now, the connection between the current mass production in countries like China and India (mass consumption in the United States), their lack of environmental protection standards, and global warming NEEDS to be made.

The public needs to be pounded with this information/revelation. Then, they will pressure United States companies to bring back the manufacturing to this country where we (U.S. citizens) can control the associated pollution levels.

Been a company director in São Paulo, Brazil. Our company is focused in human development and I interesting become a partner about the positive flow against any social and enviroment problem, my personal goal is absolutely philanthropic as the another project about social integration to big cities associated with a recycling packing, for this last one I need some sponsor from the public and/or privated iniciative.

    Thanks in advanced.

    Best regards,
