Looks like Al is teaming up with Richard Branson (of Virgin empire fame) to offer a $25 Million dollar prize for anyone who invents/develops a cost-effective way to remove greenhouse gas causing carbon from the atmosphere. (Let’s hope he is)

Gore to Speak to Congress on Global Warming

Gore is scheduled to speak before the House on March 21 on the threat of global warming. Here’s hoping he’ll be able to gain some traction on the idea of mandatory caps on greenhouse gas emissions.. (Bush has rejected setting limits and proposes new technologies and alternative energy sources to cut pollution.)

Do you think setting caps on these emissions is a good idea or bad (in regards to the businesses it affects)?
